行程概述： 昨天代表PNOA带队前往 Wedgemount Lake 与 Tupper Lake。一行共 8 人，全员顺利抵达 Wedgemount Lake 营地，其中 6 人继续挑战并成功前行至 Tupper Lake。
Trip Summary: Yesterday, representing PNOA, I led a group of 8 to Wedgemount Lake and Tupper Lake. All 8 participants successfully reached Wedgemount Lake, and 6 continued onward to Tupper Lake.
安全意识警示 / Safety Awareness Warning
但在本次行程中，部分队员普遍缺乏基本的户外安全意识，情况令人震惊。
However, I was deeply shocked and concerned by the widespread lack of basic safety awareness among some participants during this trip.

也许是意识到了问题的严重性，同学们在下山时拼命地夸我帅。但我作为领队铁石心肠，赏罚分明的立场绝不会因此软化。根据安全管理条例，我当场对违规同学开出了合计 $20+ 的罚单——这笔罚金足够我下山后美美地吃上一碗越南牛肉面（Pho）了！安全不容妥协，赏罚必须分明。
Realizing the severity of their oversights, the team members showered me with compliments on the way down. However, as a leader, my commitment to discipline and safety is ironclad. I issued fines totaling over $20+ for these violations. While that's enough to buy me a delicious bowl of Vietnamese Pho, the real value is reinforcing that safety rules are non-negotiable.

2. 领队安全装备演示： 冰镐、熊喷、对讲机、哨子这四样核心装备必须全部放置在触手可及的地方，以便随时应对突发状况。
2. Leader's Safety Readiness: My ice axe, bear spray, walkie-talkie, and whistle are always kept within arm's reach to respond to any mountain emergencies instantly.
3. Tupper Lake 的悠悠跳（YoYo Jump）： 在雪山圣湖前完成标志性的一跳，以此向悠爸和悠妈致敬！

4. 遭遇陷雪（Posthole）： 从 Tupper Lake 下山时不幸踩穿雪桥遭遇陷雪，负重加装备达到 210磅，确实有点痛，但所幸没有受伤。特此提醒大家注意残雪空洞！
4. Postholing Incident: I postholed through a snow bridge on the way down from Tupper Lake. Weighing 210 lbs with gear, it definitely hurt, but luckily no injuries were sustained. Watch out for hollow snow bridge hazards!
